National Night Out is August 7th

Sponsored by the Lansdowne Police, Lansdowne Fire Company and LBPA, Lansdowne Borough’s Eight Annual National Night Out is Tuesday, August 7, 2018, from 6 – 8 p.m.

How can you participate?

  1. Sponsor:  To help offset the costs of NNO, organizers rely on civic groups, local businesses and other partners.  To properly recognize the generosity that makes NNO possible, organizers will be re-introducing a calendar.  Sponsors who donate $150 or more in funds or goods will receive a monthly ad in the calendar.  For $12.50 per month, your business will benefit from a year of positive exposure.  You can learn more about the calendar below.
  2. Donate:  If you are not able to be a sponsor, you can still donate. Any partner who donates $25 to $150 or more in funds, goods or services that we can use for the event will be listed in the Donor section of the calendar.  Let the community know that you support NNO so that the community can support you.
  3. Give ‘Em A Taste:  For our restaurant and food service partners, we encourage you to be a part of the A Taste of Lansdowne section.  In addition to the free cookout, NNO will provide a special section where you can give attendees a taste of your delicious fare.  Participants in A Taste of Lansdowne will also be featured in a special section of the calendar.
  4. Volunteer:  NNO needs people of all ages and abilities for a variety of assignments.  Show your Lansdowne spirit.  Volunteers will also have time to check out the event up close.
  5. Promote Yourself:  If your church, business, block, club, organization, or other civic group would like to distribute information or promote what they do, please feel free to set up a table at the event.  We ask that you provide your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. There is no ban on offering items for sale.  Pre-registering is appreciated. Please call Bobbi at 610-623-0700, Monday thru Friday from 2 – 9 p.m. or email LansdowneNightOut@aol.com.
  6. Promote Us:  Help spread the word!  NNO will gladly give you a poster or flyer to display or you can make an announcement at your gathering or give a mention on social media.
  7. Attend:  Stop by the event and be a part of the fun.  You’ll learn about Lansdowne while you meet your neighbors, your Police and Fire Company.  Have a lot of fun, some great food and drinks, and support your community.
  8. Take It Home With You:  All adult attendees will have the opportunity to take home a free calendar.  In addition to the sponsors, donors and ads, the calendar will be full of useful information.  To be listed in the calendar, NNO must receive your entry by July 15, 2018.
